What size bag can I use?
Use only the bag size confirmed when you schedule. Final dimensions and fill rules are confirmed before service so pricing stays fair and machines are not overloaded.
Do I provide the bag?
Unless your confirmation says otherwise, plan to provide a secure, closed bag. Ask if you are unsure what kind to use.
How fast is turnaround?
Your expected return window is confirmed for each order. Timing depends on capacity, number of bags, location, and any special instructions.
Do you separate colors?
Discuss sorting preferences before service. Do not assume special sorting or separate loads unless it is confirmed as part of your order.
What detergent do you use?
Available detergent options are discussed when scheduling. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, or fragrance-free needs before handoff.
Can you remove stains?
Point out stains before service. Standard washing may improve some stains, but stain removal is not guaranteed and special treatment must be approved.
What should not go in the bag?
Remove valuables, money, electronics, sharp objects, hazardous materials, pest-contaminated items, dry-clean-only clothing, and unapproved bulky or delicate items. Empty all pockets.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Bag2Clean takes reasonable care, but customers must disclose special-care and high-value items and empty pockets. Ask for the current service terms before handoff.
Are different customers’ clothes washed together?
Ask about the current handling process when booking. Any specific separate-load requirement must be discussed and confirmed before service.
Where do we meet?
Depending on availability, arrangements may include pickup and delivery or an agreed public meetup such as the Target area on Edgewood Road SW. Exact time and location are confirmed directly.
How can I pay?
Cash and Venmo are accepted as arranged. Payment timing is confirmed with your order.
Can you handle multiple workers or recurring service?
