Agreement and service confirmation

By using this website or submitting a service request, you agree to these terms. A website submission is a request only; it does not create a confirmed appointment. Service is accepted only after Bag2Clean confirms availability, location, timing, bag count, price, payment method, and any special instructions.

Pricing and payment

The advertised base price is $40 per accepted bag for standard wash, dry, and fold service. Additional accepted bags are priced separately. Bulky, unusually soiled, special-care, commercial, rush, or out-of-area service may require approval and a separate price. The final price and accepted payment method are confirmed before service.

Customer responsibilities

• Use the bag type and size confirmed for the order and do not overfill it.
• Empty every pocket and remove money, keys, electronics, documents, jewelry, sharp objects, and valuables.
• Disclose stains, allergies, detergent sensitivities, delicate materials, high-value garments, and special-care instructions before handoff.
• Do not include hazardous, contaminated, pest-infested, dry-clean-only, or prohibited items.
• Provide accurate contact, location, and scheduling information.

Item acceptance and cleaning results

Bag2Clean may refuse items that are unsafe, unsuitable for standard machine washing, excessively soiled, contaminated, or not disclosed in advance. Standard laundry service does not guarantee stain removal, restoration, colorfastness, shrink prevention, or correction of pre-existing damage, weak fabric, missing fasteners, or manufacturer defects.

Pickup, meetup, delivery, and timing

Customers must be available at the confirmed time and safe location. Turnaround estimates may change because of order volume, equipment issues, weather, road conditions, utility interruptions, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Bag2Clean will communicate material changes when possible.

Lost or damaged items

Customers should not submit irreplaceable or unusually valuable items through standard service. Any concern must be reported promptly after return, with a description and supporting photos when available. Responsibility, if any, will be evaluated based on the item, disclosed instructions, condition, cause, and applicable law.

Cancellations and unclaimed orders

Please provide reasonable notice when canceling or changing a confirmed appointment. Repeated missed handoffs, unsafe locations, nonpayment, or unclaimed laundry may result in refusal of future service and reasonable additional arrangements or charges where permitted by law.

Website use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, submit false information, introduce malicious code, copy protected branding, or use the service for illegal activity.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bag2Clean is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or service delays. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as services change. The version posted when service is confirmed will apply to that order. These terms are governed by applicable Iowa and United States law.
