Special-care fabrics
Dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, delicate, embellished, leather, suede, wool, or high-value pieces require special care beyond standard service.
Heavy soil or hazards
Items with oils, chemicals, paint, biohazards, pests, excessive pet hair, or strong contamination should not be placed in a bag without approval.
Important: Final bag dimensions, detergent choices, special-item fees, and exclusions are confirmed during scheduling. Do not rely on forcing or overfilling a bag.
